This release makes Hanping start faster, and the History screen with it.
Faster app launch, and History no longer slows down the longer you use the app. It keeps your newest 1,000 lookups, which is all the screen ever showed, and shows the newest of them first while it builds the rest. Clearing your history now clears it for good, rather than bringing older lookups back.
Dictionary updates
CC-CEDICT, CantoDict and the ABC dictionaries are all updated, with 432 new entries in CC-CEDICT.
Look and feel
Buttons and chips now use a pale tint of the app’s color rather than gray.
Settings is split into two tiles on the More tab, Chinese Settings and General Settings.
The icons in the app bars now show what they do on hover, or with a long press where the icon has no long-press action of its own.
I’ve also fixed some vocab import/export issues, and the Document Reader now opens some epub books it couldn’t before.
