iPhone/iPad: open Add-ons and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the Apple ID you bought with.

Android: make sure the Play Store app is using the Google account you bought with (tap the profile icon at the top right of the Play Store).

Bought on our website? Sign in to your Hanping account in the app (at the top of Add-ons) with the email address you bought with.

Still stuck? Tell us which add-on, and include the order number from your receipt (Google Play numbers start with GPA.). We can only look into a purchase that has an order number.
